* Here we go for another very busy day, as new season/series premiere are added to the schedule !
* At 8.00 things start on Fox with the season premiere of The Simpsons, for its 20th season! D’oh! How many of you are younger that this show ??
* At 8.30 it’s the season premiere of King Of The Hill
* At 9.00 on ABC it’s the season premiere of Desperate Housewives, even though the show isn’t what it used to be and that flash-forward thing isn’t anywhere near as exciting as they’d like you to believe…
* Meanwhile on CBS it’s the return of Lilly Rush for the season premiere of Cold Case
* On HBO there’s a new episode of True Blood
* While on Showtime it’s another sort of killer, with the season premiere of Dexter
* And on Fox the coemdy night continues, with the season premiere of Family Guy of course !
* Followed at 9.30 by the season premiere of American Dad
* Then at 10.00 on ABC it’s the season premiere of Brothers & Sisters
* CBS has the season premiere of relocated The Unit
* On HBO the boys are back in a new episode of Entourage
* Hank and his addiction to sex are back on Showtime for the season premiere of Californication
* While AMC has a new Mad Men
* And finally I’d like to add that at 11.00 on HBO is the series premiere of a new animated show, The Life & Times Of Tim. I haven’t really heard much about it to be honest, but I saw a couple of clips and I have to say this looks pretty darn funny, my guess is you don’t want to miss that. The description might sound a little like CBS new sitcom Worst Week, “Tim is a young guy who always tries to do the right thing, but for some reason the world conspires against him. In many episodes, he’s trying to better himself, but the harder he tries, the worse things become.”
But it’s nothing like it. For starter, it’s animation. Yeah, “wow!”, I know. But this actually looks less crazy and I could see that go on for way longer than CBS’ series. I’m also inclined to think this might even be funnier, but we’ll see. And if you can’t wait, here’s a little preview that I found hilarious :
