This season is filled with lots of shows, good and bad ones, and there is just so many I can’t watch them all in time. Actually, I called this “cleaning my DVR”, but it’s not empty, I still have yet to watch some shows from last week !
Anyways, here we go again, looking at Criminal Minds, Heroes, My Name Is Earl and Reaper. Almost only good stuff. Kind of.

It’s like a tradition, every week-end I try to clean my DVR of most of the shows I couldn’t watch during the week. I’ll confess that there’s a few new series I still haven’t given a try, some returning ones I’m also recording and recording only, and I still have not watched everything I have to watch. On my list is the last episode of Supernatural for example, which I still haven’t got a chance to see.
But let’s talk about what’s done, the good and the bad, and it includes 30 Rock, Criminal Minds, My Name Is Earl and I also - finally - get to talk about the most talk-about and adored by critic Pushing Daisies.

Here we go, I’ve just watched a few more episodes I had left waiting for me. I still got more waiting, but it’s like a never ending story, I can already see new ones coming in tomorrow night, and the next day, and the next day…
Well, actually I really hope they will, I don’t want a damned strike. I hope those stupid morons get the writers what they deserve so we can keep enjoying our great shows, because if there’s one thing I don’t want it’s more reality crap, reruns, or whatever shitty things they’ll come up with.
Anyways, if strike there is, it isn’t for tomorrow, and today we got reviews of Reaper, Criminal Minds and Supernatural. It was all good, well, mostly good.

You know the drill, every weekend I try to watch all that I couldn’t during the week. Yes, it’s true, I can’t watch everything during the week, there’s just too much to go through. But I don’t complain, I love that, and my busy week end as well. I realize that this is due to the strike, because if a deal had been worked out months ago networks would have had canceled quite a few of their new series already !
I guess we can thank the strike for helping networks giving more of a real chance to many shows, now let’s hope it doesn’t last too long so that it doesn’t end up hurting those very same shows, as well as others, in the end. Let’s all pray that the strike ends quick, I mean 4 weeks top would be the best. After that, things might get ugly…
But for now, here we go with new episodes of Reaper, Criminal Minds, My Name Is Earl and Scrubs.

Yep, busy week end it was. I’m disappointed to see that there were no negotiation and that studio don’t even seem willing to go back and talk, every day it looks a little more like this strike is going to last, and that cannot be good. But at least we can support the writers and strike too, if we all do it things could go faster.
Anyways, this week-end I watched the latest episodes of Criminal Minds, Aliens In America, Samantha Who?, Chuck, My Name Is Earl and Scrubs. There were some very good things, others weren’t good, and some shows I’m just dropping completely.

As every weekend I have a pretty filled DVR, and I’m trying to watch as much as I can before going into a new week. After all a new week is about to begin, and except for The Office there are still new episodes coming in.
I’ve had a few problems this week with my computer amongst other things, and I still had to work on fixing it. Anyways, I’ve just watched a few shows and here we go with a great Criminal Minds, Scrubs, My Name Is Earl and the very last episode Samantha Who? as far as I’m concerned.

(S03E09) Things are a but slow these days, and still it took me a while to watch that show. I actually didn’t even think of watching in right when I first could, so used to let it sit on my DVR and watch it during the weekend. Then it took me a little longer than usual, but I now did and I’m sure glad I did.
This episode was about a story we were introduced last week already, and last week I gave my thoughts about what we got to see then. And it wasn’t really good, because that was pretty much everything I didn’t like so much during that episode. But last week was only an introduction and it didn’t tell much about what was going on, besides that obviously the whole team would stop everything to find who attacked one of their own.

Shows: Criminal Minds
In Series: Criminal Minds Season 3

(S03E10) There is no doubt that this third and final season of Criminal Minds will stand out when looking back, because many changes took place during its course, the biggest of all being - obviously - the departure of Gideon, replaced by Rossi. By the way, I was kidding when I called this season the final one, it probably won’t be. And there’s nothing wrong with that, quite the contrary.
Because while, like many, I got highly worried when I learned that the one character I believed to be like the backbone of the show would leave, and after a few episodes which did nothing but reinforce those fears, things finally got better. And by better I mean we were back to normal standards of quality, as one could expect from this show.

(S03E11) Gideon is far gone now, and the show has definitely found its new tone. I’m not saying everything is perfect, but not everything was perfect either was the original boss was around. People are human, things are never perfect. But it’s close enough. The tone is different, of course, but overall I fell like for a few episodes now we’ve had a very strong show back on tracks.
With that said, and while I mostly enjoyed the episode, I did feel that a few things were off. Like, some were easy to figure out. Not that it was too obvious, nor was it possible to figure it all out from the first minutes, but it remained predictable.
