By fred | December 14, 2007
Numbers for Wednesday is finally out, those for yesterday will follow soon. CBS and NBC are both coming in strong, while ABC sunk down and came dead last on the 18-49 demo.
At 8.00 it’s almost as if everyone assumed that it was all reruns, because the last episode of the season for Pushing Daisies only captivated 6.9 million viewers, which is no only much lower than the 10.2 million viewers of two weeks ago but also less than the season average. In fact, it was a series low for the finale. The slot was dominated by Deal Or No Deal with 13.3 million viewers, next came Kid Nation with 7.5 million viewers.
Pushing Daisies came third also on the 18-49 demo, beating by NBC’s game and America’s Next Top Model on The CW !
At 9.00 as you could have expected Criminal Minds ruled with 14.2 million viewers, so less than usual, and while Deal Or No Deal had 1.2 million viewers less it did as good as on the 18-49 demo (3.7)
At 10.00 CSI: New-York did as good as average, and overall an impressive retention scoring a 14.2 million viewers as well, and 4.0 on the 18-49 demo, best result of the night. On NBC, Dateline was far away with 8.7 million viewers, and the repeat of Dirty Sexy Money closed the night down at 3.7 million.
