Wednesday’s Numbers
By fred | September 4, 2008
Last night for the most part and as far as I’m concerned, it’s not complicated there was only one show on the air : Bones. And how did things go for Fox series in a brand new timeslot? Well, here’s an indication : Fox was the most-watched network of the night, both in viewers and on the demo.
In other words, things are good. Overall the season premiere averaged 9.7 million viewers, and was the most-watched program of the night on the demo. Last season finale was watched by 10.2 million viewers and had a 3.3 on the demo, and the second hour of this season premiere had 10.2 million viewers and a 3.5 on the demo, so the show is still as strong as ever.
(Back in 2005, the series premiere averaged 10.8 million viewers, so things are looking real good for the show. Of course, competition was low this week…)
