Tuesday Numbers

House isn’t only the greatest show on TV right now, it’s also one getting the best results out there. Once again Fox is a clear winner on Tuesday night, and they can thank Dr House for that - beating ABC’s Dancing With The Stars with over 18 million viewers and a great 7.7 in the 18-49 adults. And behind the great doctor is, amongst others, a bunch of fantastic and talented writers, who deserved to be paid for their work, regardless of the media we, viewers, happen to be watching the show on.
One hour before that, NCIS also did a great score getting more than 18 million viewers as well, being the best result of both the night, and the series for this season.
At the same time Fox is also doing well, as Bones is getting new viewers again with a total of 9.6 millions, which also is a season best for the show. Yes, this show is a good one and again, given how House is already a huge hit, maybe Bones is the show Fox should have picked for the Superbowl special…
Meanwhile, ABC is not quite happy, both Cavemen and Carpoolers are loosing over a 1.5 million viewers and hit a series low. Far from being as disastrous, on The CW Reaper is still loosing 100 000 viewers.
At 10.00 Law & Order: SVU is still strong and puts NBC in front of its competitors, doing even better than NCIS on the adults 18-49 (4.2 against 4.1) Cane doesn’t really loose viewers but isn’t doing so good, with only 7.8 million viewers and a 1.9 amongst beloved adults 18-49.
All in all, Fox is the clear winner in viewers and 18-49, and NBC can thank Law&Order: SVU and its good results in 18-49, bringing the network on second place in that category.
As usual, here are all the numbers in a nice chart :
