Last night was some special night for fans of CSI, fans of Without A Trace, and especially fans of both series, as it was the first crossover between the two. Grissom and Malone met for the first time, and that was a great thing for CBS, winner of the night thanks to this encounter.
Happy to see that 30 Rock is winning some more viewers, it’s a very good show. Other shows are improving as well, like My Name Is Earl or Smallville, getting close to 5 million viewers. Sadly, a few shows lost some viewers, like The Office or Supernatural. Haven’t watched the later yet, but the show is good people, watch it!
Despite the attack of CSI and the crossover, Grey’s Anatomy keeps quite strong with over 19 millions viewers and a much better score on the adults 18-49 (7.9 versus 6.4) One hour later, pretty much everyone watching CSI stayed for for Without A Trace, doing pretty much as well as lead-in CSI - and even better than Grey’s Anatomy did an hour before.
Also, CBS came in first at 8.00 with some reality TV (Survivor), other reality TV & games did well, and I really hope this will stop. If you love TV and want to keep your great series around, you need to go on strike, now!
