Thursday’s Numbers

Right, so Thursday there was actually something on, like a new Swingtown on CBS, and while no fight with NBC, who didn’t had a new Fear Itself, you might still be interested in knowing how things went down.
As usual I’ll skip over to 10.00 cause before that it’s all reruns or games and likes. So at 10.00 Swingtown actually did a little better, gaining 700 000 viewers since last week and improving on the demo as well. Of course, that doesn’t really mean it’s all good, since there were more people watching TV this Thursday, and quite more on CBS, moving from the second spot last week with 5.9 M to the first spot, most-watched network on Thursday averaging 8.2 million viewers.
And Swingtown once again had the most-watched program of the night (a rerun of CSI), and lost 4.4 million viewers ! That is no less than 45% of its lead-in audience tuning away, and that’s really not good. It would be a good thing though if the show could manage to stay around 5.5+ million viewers at least. That’s no second season, but at least it stays on for the first…
