Sunday’s Numbers

Well, Sunday night things didn’t happen as expected, because of football. Not only did it help NBC win the night, but it also had CBS to push everything back as things lasted over an hour longer than planned.
On ABC things were pretty much the same as usual for both Desperate Housewives (who didn’t want over 20 million, with “only” 18.5 million viewers) and Brothers & Sisters with 12.5 million. Good results, but of course both got beaten by NBC and their Sunday Football Night (19.1 million viewers, 7.5 on the 18-49 demo).
Coming in at 10.00 due to football, Cold Case wasn’t as watched as it usually is one hour earlier, loosing almost 2 million viewers but doing as good on the 18-49 demo.
On Fox the comedy night doesn’t perform as good as it used to. The Simpsons and Family Guy losing both about 1.5 million viewers each.
