Monday’s Numbers
By fred | January 22, 2008
This Monday and helped with their shitload of crap NBC won the night, while CBS - despite having lots of reruns - was able to beat Fox, helped with an always strong Two And A Half Men, even in repeat.
At 8.00 NBC came first, with 10.1 million viewers for American Gladiators, then ABC and 10 million for their Dance War. After that was the latest Prison Break, doing a little less good than last week (7.8 million) but still its average this season.
Now, what we all care about : Terminator. Well, it lost almost one million and a half viewers over last week, but still grew by close to a million viewers over its lead-in, so with 8.7 million viewers it did good. Not great nor really good, not as good as 24, usually on that slot, but good nonetheless.
The main question now is, what will it do in two weeks ? (Next week is a rerun.) If the fall continues, there might be trouble. I really hope not, though, because the show is quite good. The other question is, why do more people watch a rerun of Two And A Half Men, than they do Terminator.
At 10.00 Medium did quite well with over 10 million viewers, almost beating the rerun of CSI: Miami on CBS, but doing better on the 18-49 demo (3.4 vs 3.1) Meanwhile October Road is still doing as “good” as it usually does, with 4.9 million viewers. It’s not a surprise, though.
