Friday’s Numbers

CBS had two shows returning on Friday, and as such had a little boost, though not a big one. For a couple of weeks CBS had Basketball on Friday night, and this Friday with the return of Ghost Whisperer and Numb3rs got The Eye about the same (or a little below) on the demo, and less than one million more viewers. Over the entire night, not one program could reach 10 million viewers.
At 8.00 the ghosts were back, and the sexiest Ghost Whisperer only returned with 9.3 million viewers. It’s not really bad, but it’s not really good either.
One hour later, Canterbury’s Law improved a little since last week, with 1.2 million more viewers. This week it even manage to improve over the rerun of Bones by 1.6 million viewers, and get its second best result ever. With 6.1 million viewers and 1.4 on the demo, that’s still not good though.
At 10.00 Numb3rs got close but couldn’t reach 10 million viewers. Same as Ghost Whisperer, it’s neither really good or bad.
