Friday’s Numbers
By fred | March 9, 2008
Friday there was nothing on TV, but we still got some numbers of course, so here we (finally) go…
The big thing I guess is that at 8.00 The CW shined with their Friday Night Smackdown! Not that it did incredibly better than usual with 5 million viewers, but since Amne$ia on NBC tanked (4.7 million) FNS was the third most-watched program at 8.00, beating not only the usual ABC rerun (Grey’s Anatomy, 4 million) but NBC’s game as well. I’m sure The CW is pleased about their decision not to renew FNS…
One hour later thing were much different though, The CW falling down to the last spot while NBC took the lead with Dateline beating a rerun of House on Fox - though the rerun of Fox hit-drama performed better on the 18-49 demo.
At 10.00 Dateline was still doing great, winning its slot and scoring the best rating on the 18-49 demo of the night.
