Watch some series/season premieres online before they air !!

NBC online streaming website, Hulu, allows every US resident to watch online episodes of TV series. There’s nothing new there, you can go watch the Prison Break season premiere now, and the season premiere of Bones will be available this Thursday, following day of the original airing on TV.
But what is actually new, is that they are now offering you the possibility to catch some season premieres or even series premieres before they actually air !! Only for NBC shows of course, and not for every show. As expected, what’s considered the “biggest hits” likely to draw a wider audience, such as The Office, Heroes or the new drama My Own Worst Enemy, will not be available online until on or more days after their original broadcast.
But for a few shows, you’ll get a chance to get you fix one week sooner online ! And not just bad ones, far from it — Here’s the shows in question, with all the dates:
* Knight Rider series premiere will be on Hulu Wednesday, September 17 (premieres on NBC September 24)
* Lipstick Jungle season premiere will be on Hulu Wednesday, September 17 (premieres on NBC September 24)
* Chuck season premiere will be on Hulu Monday, September 22 (premieres on NBC September 29)
* Life season premiere will be on Hulu Monday, September 22 (premieres on NBC September 29)
* 30 Rock season premiere will be on Hulu Thursday, October 23 (premieres on NBC October 30)
Sounds like a pretty good move from NBC, though I would point out that those will probably be NBC’s “rewind version”, featuring different music selection. While to some or on some shows it might not be relevant, in other cases in may be. For instance when it comes to Life, I would strongly advice to wait one week to get the real deal.
