Life moved to Wednesdays !! Law & Order back sooner, and Lipstick Jungle sent to die…

By fred | October 25, 2008

LifeWell, here’s some good news. After sending their greatest drama in a long long time to die on Friday nights, NBC might be willing to give it a real try. Although after having to suffer from a very poor lead-in last season, namely Bionic Woman, the show will now have to deal with Knight Rider, which is even worse quality-wise, and I’m guessing might be falling down in the ratings soon enough.

Anyways, beginning November 5th, Life is moving to Wednesdays at 9.00 after Knight Rider, which stays put, and leading out to Law & Order, coming back sooner than expected. Previous resident Lipstick Jungle is sent to Life’s old slot, Fridays at 10.00 (i.e. the show is dead), starting October 31st.

Ben Silverman and Marc Graboff, Co-Chairmen of NBC Entertainment and Universal Media Studios, said that “a Wednesday night with wall-to-wall satisfying mysteries and great dramas — paced by the return of the original Law & Order to its home on Wednesdays – will provide creative continuity that night.

Seriously, who else but those idiots to refer to Knight Rider as a “great drama” with “satisfying mysteries”, gosh! ?

Anyways, reminder for everyone :

Fridays, starting October 31st
9.00 - Crusoe
10.00 - Lipstick Jungle

Wednesdays, starting November 5th
8.00 - Knight Rider
9.00 - Life
10.00 - Law & Order

You know what, now that they did this, I can just see Fox finally moving Terminator to Wednesdays at 9.00, just to mess with us. Anyways, this is a good news for all Life fans, so please everyone tune in on NBC every Wednesdays at 9.00 starting November 5, and tell all your friends to do the same.

Life is just (one of) the best dramas on television right now, and it would be a very nice fit right after Bones, which coincidentally airs on Wednesdays at 8.00… just saying.
