Do you miss quarterlife ?

By fred | March 4, 2008

QuarterlifeLast Tuesday, NBC was proud to “experiment” by putting on the air a show coming from the Internet, quarterlife. The show had already been available for free on Internet and its move to a big network was a huge failure, since according to Reuters with 3.1 million viewers the show had the “worst time-period performance in at least 17 years” on NBC, no less!

Only one episode aired on NBC, at 10.00 last Tuesday, and though it was planned to come back the following Sunday it did not, NBC took it off before another dramatic run. And surprisingly creator Herskovitz wasn’t really pissed at NBC, admitting that he now knew the show wasn’t made for it, and explaining that NBC’s fault was just to buy the show in the first place!

But the show isn’t going to stay away from the TV screen for long !

If you were interested in the show and wanted to see more of it, but didn’t care for quarterlife.com, then you’ll be pleased to hear that it found its way on to a cable sister of the Peacock.

Jumping from Internet to broadcast was a long shot and didn’t work, so now the series is heading to cable, on Bravo to be exact, where the drama will have a marathon run from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. this Sunday !

So if you want to follow the adventures of Dylan and see how things will work out for her, who loves Jed, who loves Debra, who loves her boyfriend Danny, who’s cheating on her, if you want to find out whether or not Danny is in love with Lisa, who secretly loves Andy, the guy with glasses who loves Dylan, then get ready, because you’ll have one day and one day only to get all your answers : Sunday, March 9th, from 8.00am to 2.00pm on Bravo.
