Britney Spears on How I Met Your Mother - Promo Picture

There’s been an awful lot of talks about Britney Spears guesting in an upcoming episode of How I Met Your Mother, CBS great sitcom. Hopefully this won’t have been all for nothing, and CBS will finally stop acting like retards and renew this show for a new season. Of course everyone at the show claims that they weren’t fishing for ratings and did not actually ask Spears, nor were they pressured by CBS. She just happened to be in the neighborhood and the door was left open…
And she was great, and funny, and everything was terrific. Of course. Although I did hear co-creator Carter Bays say that “she’s a singer and not an actor first“… But we all want everyone to talk about the show more and to watch it, because this show is really great and funny and I love it.
Remember that the show returns tonight on CBS as 8.30 with brand new episodes. And for the first promo pic with Spears, it’s after the jump.

I’m way more excited about Sarah Chalke’s appearance, but hopefully it won’t be as bad as I fear it could be… What about you ? How do you feel about this ?
