The Unit lost cabin pressure!

Add to that the wife part of the story, back on base, which got even worst than it ever was. Here’s how it starts… the guy some wives helped get a job is asking them for help, because he’s got s surprise : he want to purpose to his soon-to-be. So he needs them to do everything : find out what she likes, what kind of ring she wants, how/where she’d like to have her wedding to take place, etc Cause the guy doesn’t have a clue of anything, it’s not like he knew the girl. And he don’t want to be involved or have to do anything, it’s not like he cared for her either…
So when you hear that, actually before you even finished watching all this awfully bad acted scene, what’s the very first thing that comes to your mind ? She’s pregnant, and he’s gonna die. Cause that’s drama-crap 1-0-1 : couple gets (back) together, they’re happy, in love, pregnant, bang : one of them dies. Usually the girl, but it may vary.
Want a perfect example? Remember the first season of 24? Jack & his wife get back together, they’re happy, in love, she’s pregnant, she gets killed. That’s it, couldn’t be worst.
And guess what, that is exactly what’s going to happen here. They get ready, get the ring, get everything in place, some pretty flowers, then she arrives, they don’t reveal the big secret, only that surprise : her boyfriend will join her tonight for a nice evening.
Happy faces & big smiles every where, but at the same time Molly learns that the boy’s dead. Phone rings, happy girl picks up the phone : – Hey honey! – No, it’s Molly…
So from start what you suspect is what’s happening, every time. Not only in the unit story, but also in the wives story. Actually, even in the middle parts of the story, like when they think they’ve lost the ring : you just know it’s the daughter who’s got it, it’s freaking obvious, but only after 10 minutes & trashing the whole place, flowers & whatnot will they finally find it. And where? The daughter’s room!
Watching a new episode when you know from start where it’s going and why, and when it’s not even entertaining to watch it go there, it’s just boring. It’s time wasted.
Although, she’s not pregnant…
