House: It’s A Wonderful Lie

That’s one good thing about Foreman. Do you have any others ? Because I really fail to see what his new role, job, or position is. He was supposed to be not part of the team, but somewhere about it, and House, he was supposed to be watching over or something, but in the end he just looks like another part of the team completely. Not that I don’t like him, but I feel like saying “all that for that” ? Really, was it really worth bringing him back on the show for that ?
But let’s go back on the new team, and that Kutner guy. Now I used to like him, and I gave the guy my vote when we had to choose the member of the new team (What? We didn’t actually get to vote ? Wait, what ?), but this week - and I sure hope it was a only-time only deficiency, due to his new job or the Holiday spirit or whatever - he was pretty lame. All he cared about was not the case, not the patient, it wasn’t either to be right nor was it to find or do exciting stuff, it was only to get to please House.
When he went over and told him that he was his secret Santa, even though House already had a gift (and after the team agreed not to get House anything), the way he looked at House as he gave him his present.. God I wanted to punch him in the face !! That little whore trying to get his daddy to love him, pathetic…
Specking of whore… Today we were pleased with another thing : House was back doing some clinic work, and he there met a young lady. I have to say that I absolutely loved her and the way she and House interacted with one another. It was really great, and if in the past I have never been quite interested in any of the love interest they brought up for House - should it be Cameron, his ex-wife, that CIA doctor, or even as many seems to want happening Cuddy, I was never liking any of these women, not for House anyway.
But here, this one, I really liked their chemistry and how they seemed to both function, and I really really hope that we’ll see more of her in the future, I’m all for a relationship between those two, definitely. And if I started to panic when I first saw House walking into a church, I was really pleased to see he came there only to see Mary, or whatever her real name is. Also because I want to believe this might be an indication as to future things to come, that she got House interested, and that they may be meeting again in a not-so-distant future, hopefully.
So that was for that and the new team, let’s have a couple words about the old one : I like Cameron and Chase, a lot, I really do. But I couldn’t be happier to see them (almost) completely out of the picture. Because in the end, they decided to leave, to move on, and they have. So as far as continuity and making sense goes, them being barely around seems to be the only choice, and I am thrilled that writers are still gong that way. I just hope that doesn’t change. Nothing personal, but I’d much rather see them leave the show, than being somehow brought back into working with House.
Someone else we didn’t get to see much this week was Cuddy. I would say something about it, but to be honest I didn’t really miss her. I don’t think we need to see her a lot every time, I’d rather not see her that seeing her for false/forced reasons, and we got to see a little more of Wilson instead and that’s always nice. I don’t know about you, but when he an House were walking around the hospital, and House asked where they were going, to which Wilson replied “Nowhere, I just know it hurts you.” Did that make you laugh ? Cause I was laughing out loud at that one ! And House’s face right after that was priceless.
