House: Guardian Angels

What worries me even more is that, as House said talking about his new puppets, “I really think there are no bad choices in this group“. Which leads me to think that maybe, he’ll keep three of the now six members, while Foreman will get the three others. But whether they both work on the same case competing against each others, which would be just stupid, or they each have their own separated cases, I don’t want to see any of that.
This is not called House & Foreman, and there’s a good reason for that!
Foreman on his own was really not a good character, I don’t think he’s really that interesting outside of his confrontation with House, and I know I don’t want to see him get in the way of what makes the show so good. So far, all of his appearances - whether it was his team, him getting fired, trying to get a job, refusing or accepting Cuddy’s offer - all of them have been getting in the way, unpleasant interferences.
At first, when thinking about this episode, I wasn’t sure about Cameron’s presence because I felt that, because she was seen more than previously, we had less Wilson. Since, in a way, she took his spot. But she did not, she founded her very own place in House’s life, and if we got to see less Wilson it was in fact Foreman and his stupid stories to blame. Because those, didn’t belong on the show.
I wish he would take cut throat bitch, the wining surgeon and the other guy and pretty much leave the show. We would only see glimpse of them, on occasion. The same way we’re seeing Chase lately, if not less. Because I really don’t think that I want to see him and his team.
Which, if it happens, has to be made of those aforementioned people, because I want Thirteen, 6/9 and the boxer to stay with House! They have to.
I didn’t really talk about the case, but that’s not because it wasn’t good, quite the contrary. It was once again a pretty solid case, with a resolution I didn’t see coming, and it offered us plenty of great time. I just can’t talk about everything…
Quickly though, a few things before I go :
- Not everyone can be very present all the time, so while I missed Thirteen a little I realize she was there a lot last time. But I did miss 6/9 too, and I don’t seem to recall any episode in which he played a big role. I hope it comes soon, cause he looks like a pretty interesting character to me. And we could deal with less of cut throat bitch!
- Speaking of which, she’s all for manipulating everyone and lying and asking former members of House’s team, but when it comes to do some digging she gets scared and tried to use Cuddy and the Clinic as an excuse. Another proof she doesn’t belong!
- Cuddy telling her where to file sexual harassment claims, stress-related problems and accusations of criminal activities before she could say anything was pretty funny. Although no one got really pissed at House for his behavior. Well, unless you count punching him in the face as a symptom of anger, of course.
- Sure, Bosley is out. But I still secretly hope he will call Wilson and make a few appearances during the season, because I liked the guy.
- After Thirteen got her rose, did anyone else thought of Pushing Daisies as she and the single dad shared a “high-five” ?
I am counting the days until the next episodes, although I really fear I won’t like (at all) the Foreman’s return part…
