Heroes: Truth & Consequences

(S02E10) Okay people, so I’ve said I would keep watching this show till the end of the show, which is closer than one may think, and I will. And while everyone was already jumping ahead and claiming that Heroes was back to being great after the past few episodes, I was never there. I mean sure, it wasn’t as bad as it used to be, especially when this season started - boy was that bad!
But still, plenty of stuff were wrong, I mean look at that “Four Months Ago” episode, what was that ? Like we cared about those stupid twins and how they’ve always been annoying and useless and deserved to die, in a slow and painful way.
And this week wasn’t any better, in fact it was probably even worse than last week, because really there was nothing good there. Why is there nothing but stupid clichés on that show ? How come each and every character behaves likes a total moron ? Who the hell is writing this crap ? Oh, right, I forgot, writers on that show have no idea where they want to go with it… You know what, I think it shows.
Adam & Peter
So if you were hoping to see a fully back Peter, you know the kind of guy with lots of abilities and full control over it, you can forget about that. He might still be able to heal and stuff, but he can’t travel through time at the moment, I’m not sure he can get invisible or even fly. Hell, I was surprised he could read mind, I’m sure he didn’t mean to, it just happened. You know, cheap writing.
So he and Adam are going to see that Victoria girl, which they can find because, you know, yellow pages for hiding people ? And after Peter chat with her a little, she comes back and shot Adam, then Peter. And because she knows Adam can’t die unless you blow his head off, she shot in the chest.
In order to increase drama and make sure all the clichés are respected, and to explain everything to the stupid viewers watching who can’t put two and two together, she had then to come in and talk about it, long enough so that she can’t shoot a second time.
Then as she’s tied up she tries to tell Peter that she knew her folks, did you get that part ? That Victoria knew the evil parents of Peter ? Did you ? Cause she only mentioned it about four to six times per minute for a while, so you might have missed it. Anyways, she tells Peter that Adam is bad, not trying to destroy but to spread the virus. Too bad Peter can’t do extraordinary stuff like, I don’t know, read minds!
Speaking of being stupid : of course Adam is letting Victoria go because he wants her to jump on the gun so that he’s got an excuse for killing her. That was pretty freaking obvious, so the questions are :
- Why the Hell did she do it anyways ? Couldn’t she have not jumped for the gun, and instead tried to talk, wait for them to leave, and only then maybe try something. Moron.
- Why isn’t Peter realizing that Adam is lying to him, why isn’t he trying to think this through ? Sure, cute British girl trapped in the future, deadly virus to find… but if your so-called partner in crime’s real intent is to release that virus free, maybe you should rethink your plan before it’s too late. Just saying.

My Dear Fred, you are so bloody right !!!
what a crap
this episode sucked!!!!
what the hell…
still one to go !
Hey Nikkito,
Yeah, only one last episode and then you’re out of crappy things to watch! :P
