Heroes: Fight Or Flight

By fred | October 24, 2007

Heroes(S02E05) I used to like Heroes. It was last year, the first season. I never thought it was the awesome show many claimed all over it was, but it was a really good show fore sure, and I pretty much enjoyed every episode all along.

Until that terrible day, when I watch the season finale. Not only was that episode the worst piece of shit ever, but it also had that retroactive effect that made me disliked the whole season, and show, all at once.

And so far this second season is following that path.

I could say I was again disappointed and underwhelmed by this episode, but I wasn’t. Because I simply had no expectations whatsoever, I was pretty sure it would be boring, uninteresting and disappointing. And I was right.

Matt

Jesus the guy is a moron. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, he is the worst, ever. Worst cop, dad, friend, human being, what a waste. I know I’m harsh but Christ what an asshole!

So after forcing “his daughter” to locate his evil dad, up to the room number because the guy can’t have to work at all obviously, especially given that he’s a cop, so he’s got no clue how that works, after forcing her to go there so that she could end up in a coma, he doesn’t want to leave.

Because daddy was mean, and he hasn’t talked to the guy in years, so yeah, he can’t just show up like that. FFS someone kill him, please. Stop winning, trying to find excuse like having to talk to mama Petrelli, just move your ass and go to work already.

Actually, that was a bad idea as well. Because, don’t forget he’s stupid. Really stupid. Like I know my father is a bad guy, who’s got real powerful powers that I don’t fully know about nor can’t compete with, so yeah I should uncuff so that he can speak. Because walking, or speaking, you can’t do that with handcuffs on. That’s why cops don’t ever put handcuffs on people unless they’re sitting and not going to move or speak or do anything. He should know, he’s a cop.

I’m not even impressed by that scene where they got locked up in their minds, fighting each others, and he finally started to expand his power and control minds. Because he was too dumb to even understand it, I mean his story made no sense at all, with baby appearing and all, but he couldn’t realize that. I’m not even sure he knows what happened and how he stopped it.

His dad explained him before, but not literally so…

    Thanks!

Yeah, no, Parkman has to die. He’s really a moron. But as time goes, it seems every character seems to get dumber each week…
