Chuck: Chuck Versus the Sandworm

(S01E06) Ok, time for my new rant about how Chuck sucks. Sure, I’ve been doing that every week pretty much since the show debuted, I actually started before that even, but it’s not my fault. I mean, it does suck.
Now you may ask, then, why in Hell am I still watching it! Well, let me tell you…. you know what, what kind of a question is that, anyway. The fact and the matter is, I really don’t enjoy watching it. It’s not really painful (err, actually…) but it’s definitely not fun either. Yet I do, I keep tuning in, again this week I watched a new episode. Why do it I it ? Well…
1. I do it because, of all Mondays series, this was the one I could see first. Believe me I would have loved to watched How I Met Your Mother first, but it didn’t happened. That’s what you get from not living in the US.
2. I had a “1.” so I need a “2.”, right? Two would be, I’m a TVoholic, I can’t help it. And unless the show is Cane Private Practive so freaking bad I can’t take it any second of it, or if I know right from the pilot that it won’t work, I will never like it, it’s not for me, stuff like that, then I try to give it a real try. I’m the first to insult morons who take a new series off after 4 episodes, so it seems fair I try to watch for more than that if a show sucks.
3. Oh yeah I actually got even more reasons. As I was saying, 3. I’m still waiting for Rachel to show up for a few episodes… (What!?)
4. I know I have a “4.”, or at least I had one right when I thought about it. That was then, somehow between then and now, it got lost. Anyways, it was a good one.
But let’s move on to the episode. I didn’t like it, big surprise here, right? I’ll be honest, I keep tuning in every week, it’s been a little while now, I got to know those people, I’m human, you get attached. sure I would put a fork in Chuck’s eyes right before I use a baseball bat to kick Morgan to death and I would enjoy it, but still.
Basically, there’s two things I want to say. (And I’ll probably go over that limit, but bare with me, please.) One, Chuck is stupid. That’s the only explanation. That, or some stupid lazy writing. When he’s trying to get Morgan back to work, and he notices some guy and boom, it all flashes before his eyes, then what does our buddy Chuck do ?
You think he would simply play it low, especially now that’s he’s been in such situations a few times in the past, and he would tell Morgan to stop acting like a 4 years old, quit playing and get back to work, because he is supposed to, because he’s not only going to get fired - or so he really should be - be also fucking with Chuck’s own “career” - yeah I mean, it’s Buy More - and the promotion he’s been looking for for a while.
Instead, the idiot just goes “that guy is dangerous!“. Well done, retard.
