* As always these days nothing comes before 9.00 And what does come at 9.00 ? The very last episode of Friday Night Lights to air on NBC. Ever. Well, nothing it set in stone for now, but it is the last completed episode, it is the season finale, and unless fans start sending lots of [whatever] to NBC, it’ll probably be the series finale as well…
* At 9.30 there’s a new In Treatment in HBO, as every day of the week.
* At 10.00 get ready to laugh with a new installment of Psych on USA
* Meanwhile NBC has a new Las Vegas…

(S01E02) So I finally got to watch the second episode of ABC’s new show, Eli Stone, which last week stared pretty good. It wasn’t perfect nor the greatest thing ever, but I liked it quite a lot, it had the lightness and humor of a show that doesn’t take itself (too) seriously, and I have to admit that Eli is a very lovable character. So I may not be a fan of George Michael, but that wasn’t to keep me away from the show.
And so here we go, back for another episode of a maybe prophet maybe just crazy layer trying to do the right thing for a change. Wait, what?

Lost may have lost a million viewers since last week, but with a little over 15 million viewers is still doing pretty good. It’s way better than the average of last season (about 12 million) and it was the most-watched program of the night, and best performer of the 18-49 demo. Plus, another brilliant episode!
That wasn’t enough to make ABC the most-watched network, because CBS had a strong night with a new Survivor, and good a couple of shows that perform good in rerun. The Alphabet was first on the 18-49 demo though.

(S04E02) So here we go again, a new episode of Lost. This is definitely the most exciting thing that came from television in a long while ! Every time I get so excited when I’m about to see a new episode, and once I have, there’s no disappointment, far from it. Granted, there’s only been one episode this season, this was only the second one, but it comes after a lot of pretty awesome episodes ending last season.
One thing I want to mention about last week’s episode that I think I forgot : Desmond. I don’t get it, why did he stay with Team Jack ? He was the one who saw Charlie giving his life so he could warn everyone that it was not Penny’s boat, Desmond came back and really wanted to warn everyone, that those people were not who they thought they were, that they lied, that they should not trust them, yet he stayed with Jack. I don’t get it.
Anyways, moving on.

(S03E10) Yes, of course, Thursday night is the big night, the night of Lost. There’s no question about it, yet I am starting my night watching Supernatural. It just works better that way for me. I won’t be doing that all the time though, since - sadly - after this one, there’s only two episode left. But for now, let’s focus on the Winchester brothers and their new adventures.
And this episode was quite a “special” one, in a way. Not in what happened, we had the two brothers going after some demon of sorts, fighting, and eventually winning. No what made it so special was what it really was about. And what is was about, was the future.

Word is that the strike might beĀ over very soon, as soon as this week-end end. This would mean that by Monday, people would be going back to work. Let’s not get our hopes hight until anything is said, but in the mean time let’s pretend this is a done deal : what does it mean for our favorite shows ? When will they be back this season ? Will they even be back this season ?? What shows are we talking about here ?
There’s no shame to admit you may have forgotten about a few shows, it happens to everyone, even How I Met Your Mother creator Carter Bays is getting confused. “It’s been a long strike. I can barely remember all our characters’ names, much less what we were planning to do with them. Is our show the one with Jim and Pam ? If so, we’ll probably have them hook up. Awkward!”
You know what’s so great in what he’s saying ? He’s actually talking about going back to work ! If writers too are trying to talk about the strike in past tense, we might start to hope a little, I guess.

Once again last night you had Fox right up there, and then way way down the rest. American Idol did better than last week, Moment Of Truth did not but still got over 6 million more viewers than a rerun of Criminal Minds on CBS.
At 9.00 after Fox and CBS came NBC and a “new” Law & Order: Criminal Intent and it barely made it to 8 million viewers this time, which isn’t not half of what Fox had.
But there was only real things at 10.00, and CBS won, both in total viewers and on the demo, with the last episode of CSI: New-York. It came first, but still had 1 million less viewers than two weeks ago. I guess some people thought that since last week was a rerun, if was out of new episodes. But there was still one more. Or it’s simply because there was no new episode of Criminal Minds to lead in to it.

(S01E08) So I’m apparently going to stick around for another full week of In Treatment, and as the week goes I find myself amused to see how things are evolving. Is it the stories or characters, is it the episodes that are uneven, or is it just me, I’m not sure, but for the first two episodes of this week, things were reserved, like this was Bizarro-week or something.
Not in what actually happened or the characters themselves, it was still a continuity of their previous sessions, but I was now interested in the ones I hated at first, while bored with those I found interesting the first week. And last week, I didn’t care for Sophie, so I guess this might be a good episode this week…

As you may know already, Scrubs does not have a series finale, since its current (and final) season couldn’t be completed before the strike.
There is a total of 10 episodes that have been completed before the strike, but more were planned, and those 10 episodes do not end the show. They don’t, because creator Bill Lawrence did not want to alter his vision of how the series should end just to please the network & studio, and write a finale much sooner than it was planned.
But what will happen, then ? Is there going to be any real ending, will a series finale be done, and if so, where will we be able to see it ? In short, Lawrence and everyone working on the show wants to do a good ending, and they want it to air on NBC as it should, but they need your help to make it happen!
