A while ago I mentioned that Eliza Dushku might come back soon on TV, after she signed a development deal with Fox.
And after her deal signed, the beautiful actress called a friend she had been working with in the past, Buffy’s creator Joss Whedon. After some talk she had him back on TV, writing on a new drama called Dollhouse. I’m sure this news will please a lot of fans, of both Dushku and Whedon.
The show should be about Echo (Dushku), an FBI agent who can have her personality completely erased and replaced for each mission she’s sent on. Could be damn useful, but unfortunately along with personality the memory gets erased each time, rending things much less fun already. Basically, Echo and other agents can be given new memories, skills, and personalities each time. Kinda makes it hard to get character development it seems, but I’m sure they’ll figure this out. Or will they?

(S01E05) Last week I talked about those “little” reasons that had me not able to enjoy the show as much as many others seems to, or as I first used to. I’ve always liked that show and despite last week’s episode and it’s awful lot of “problems”, I still liked the show overall.
Amongst those were things that affected the show as a whole, and others that were (probably) valid for that episode only. Either way, it’s fair to say I did not enjoyed the episode so much. Which probably also played its part in my feeling towards this week’s new episode, as I still had all those somewhere in the back of my mind, along with the disappointment I felt.

It seems inevitable now that the Writers Guild of America (WGA) is going on strike as early as Monday. More info on the whole thing and how it will affect us, TV viewers, will keep flooding in over the next few days, but it’s apparently going to happen.
I’ve already mentioned how a few shows will be affected by such a strike, but it also depends on how long it will last. Hopefully not too long.
Since the strike is likely to occur, here’s a little recap as to why writers are going there, what are they asking, and why they should get it.

(S02E05) Okay, so after I watched the last episode of the epic trilogy of South Park, I sat down for a new episode of The Sarah Silverman Program. And I was expecting some pretty funny shit, as usual with the show.
A show that as I told last week, seems to be trying new things this season. Not that is ever was confined in a strict formula, but there was a clear pattern each week. But not last week, it was still hilarious, but it was also different. And this week ?

(S11E12) Here we are. After all the fights, the deaths, the secrecy, the flying balloons, the rape of international movie star and other trial for some balls licking action, here we are. At the door of our imagination, with a big fat missile ready to get launched. Yes, we’re about to nuke our imagination.
The third and final chapter of Imaginationland was this week, and I think it should be fair to try to look at all three episodes as a whole when you judge this trilogy, and don’t let your opinion of this last part take over, otherwise you’ll be disappointed.

(S04E05) So here we go with another episode, where House is still figuring out which ones of the remaining doctors will be fired and which ones will become his new team, all that of course while treating patients. And this week, we got a pretty unusual and quite interesting case. To be fair, at some point I started questioning whether or not it was good, or just a “cheap” way to get some inside views of our aspiring team members.
But even if the case was good and there was also things to say about all of House’s staffers, ex or future, of course that’s not the main plot development of the week, no this week was also the “reintroduction” of Foreman to the show. So let’s start by talking about that.
