Chuck meets the sweetness of Rachel Bilson

By fred | November 12, 2007

Rachel BilsonSo today is Monday, and as every Monday - or at least for five or six more Mondays - there’s a new episode of the new series Chuck. Many people seem to love this show, and as I said many times I’m not one of them.

I won’t go on that whole thing again, not this time. This time I want want to remind you that this week’s episode is a pretty special one, one that I’m actually ending up waiting for, yes, that’s right, something I thought I’d never say but I can’t wait for an episode of Chuck - but not just any episode.

On tonight’s episode is introduced a new character by the name of Lou, portrayed by no other than the gorgeous and lovely Rachel Bilson.

Miss Bilson has already appeared on a previous series also created by Josh Schwartz, The O.C. In fact, her character was initially intended to appear in only a few episodes, but being the sweet lovable girl that she is Bilson won over cast a crew and soon became a series regular.

Tonight she comes back as what might very well be once again as the (future) girlfriend of the latest geek, or nerd, Schwartz came up with. Her character is being introduced for a multi-episodes arc story, and who knows maybe she could end up staying longer…

Either way I can’t wait to see how this is going to go. It’s already been widely suspected that Bilson’s character might very well be a love interest for Chuck, and while I don’t really care to see how that’s going to affect Chuck & Sarah’s (fake) relationship, I’d like to see Rachel kicking some butt.

Don’t forget to catch Rachel Bilson’s first appearance on tonight’s Chuck at 8.00 on NBC.
