The 4400: Till We Have Built Jerusalem

The 4400(S04E07) Another episode where we don’t get introduced to any new 4400 or “extra crispies”, but the main story moves on. Once again it’s all about the main plot and our characters finding out little by little a bit more about the fight, and by fight I mean way, that’s going to happen, and also deciding to which side they belong.

Overall it was a good episode, and while nothing extraordinary occurred, there’s been some pretty important development.

Send your hatemail to Stephen McPherson

ABC’s Traveler did not get canceled this season. This is news, because pretty much all good new shows have been canceled after only a few episodes.

But when asked why the show, which had been ordered a first season of thirteen episodes, got shortened to only eight episodes - after no more than six actually made it to the air, here’s what ABC President Stephen McPherson had to say :

We were disappointed in the way that that show was creatively developed, and [it] ended up being just not… not to the level that we thought it could succeed. And so it didn’t get the kind of support that, you know, we gave some other shows that we believed in a lot more.

Did you laugh at this? I know I did. So they were disappointed in the creative ways of the show, because sure those people base their decision to cancel shows on creative and artistic points, not money goals and meaningless Nielsens ratings!

Do NOT watch The Nine !!

The NineRemember The Nine, one of the new show this season that got canceled after only a few episodes ??

To refresh your memory, the show is about a bank robbery that lasted 72 hours, and what happened to the people took hostages on the bank and how this event got all those stranger together. The show had a pretty cool concept, and a quite great pilot.

To be honest though, I blame the show for its poor doing. Doesn’t mean I support its early cancellation, of course not, but as remaining unaired episodes are on their way to you… I’m asking you NOT to watch them.

Lost, Station 6: The Orchid

I don’t usually follow all the those news regarding Lost once the season if over, because I don’t want to know any spoiler and risk to know more than I’d like to when the show ill be back.

Yet, I have seen the movie brought to us by creator/executive producer Damon Lindelof and executive producer Carlton Cuse, but I don’t feel it’s much “spoilery”. Sure they did introduced it by stating it would be an opportunity for us to “learn more about the DHARMA Initiative, and Cuse further described the film as “something that will fire your imaginations about what you’re gonna see in Season 4“.

And that’s what it does, in pure Lost style.

Sarah Wayne CalliesFor some time already there was been rumors that, for the next and (hopefully) last season of Prison Break, the lovely Dr. Sara Tancredi wouldn’t be seen anymore.

Lately it’s been known that a new actress has been casted as Sara Tancredi, reviving rumors even more. So what does that mean, is Sara Tancredi not leaving the show, only Sarah Wayne Callies ?? Did they recast Tancredi, and replaced her on the next season by someone playing the same character??

if you want to find out now, it’s after the jump.

Another Seinfeld TV Show?

Jerry SeinfeldDo you know Letters From a Nut, a best-selling book of pretty funny prank letters to real companies, celebrities and politicians, written by Ted L. Nancy ?

Well, Ted L. Nancy is believed to be a pen name for no other than Jerry Seinfeld, who happen to be the one signing the book’s introduction, and a friend of his, Barry Marder.

If you’re unfamiliar with it, or even if you have, you can find here, here, here and here letters from the book.

Five years ago ABC ordered a half-hour sitcom pilot based on the book, but it never happened. Well, Jerry and his friends are apparently trying again, now working with Lionsgate Television and Bayonne Entertainment on a new project for a non-scripted comedy playing off the letters from the book.

No idea what it would look like, but Seinfeld is a funny guy, and Seinfeld still i sthe greatest sitcom ever, so would this be made, I would expect it to be pretty funny!
